Was just visiting Mandy over at her blog and realised that in one of her lovely photos there was a little furniture item that has been on my wish list for quite a long time. So here it is.......
Louis Ghost Armchair
Who else but Philippe Starck would dare mess with a king? Translating the varied lines and formal geometry of its predecessor into a single form of translucent or opaque black or white injection-molded polycarbonate, it is a robust chair with not a single weak point. Manufactured in Italy by Kartell.
It also goes beautifully with my other love MURANO GLASS. You can imagine how excited I was when I found this little 1950's beauty at a garage sale on the weekend, it was the end of the day too, couldnt believe it was still there.....
Shes a keeper for sure, I now have two orignal 1950's Murano Glass mirrors, so hard to find here in Australia but am keeping my eyes peeled for more, just love 'em.
Oh and look what arrived today from Clare at Vintage Home My new sooooo sweet mouse mat. A steal at $5.99 GBP too, a beautiful way to jazz up my work desk. LOVE IT!!

Why don't you just order those 50 chairs, LOL! I'm sure you can find SOMETHING to do with all of them. You could have a party for 50, have 50 blog giveaways, buy a huge dining table that seats 50...ah what you could do with 50 chairs? That silver pitcher if divine too. Have a terrific day1
